Distaste for the Union Address

Well, get your TiVo ready you cyberborgs out there. Tonight is the night we have all been waiting for with baited (pun intended) breath. Mr. Bush will categorize
SSDs
as the new
WMDs.
The emperor will put on his new clothes and try to fool most of the people some of the time again. What I don't get is that at the same time CBS was cleaning house and firing all of those in Rathergate for not checking their facts on Mr. Bush's non-service in the National Guard, Ms. Conned-and Liar Rice was being appointed secretary of state?!?! Obviously she did not check her facts, but oh well, thousands of US Soldiers' and innocent Iraqi citizens' deaths are not nearly as important as whether or not Mr. Bush actually showed up for national guard duty. What is wrong with you liberals out there? Can't you get your priorities straight.
Nevertheless, I predict tonight's canned teleprompted feed will be chock full of "freedom" and "liberty" ad nauseum so the smoke and mirror show can go on to build up His Greatness. He will feed the red staters the "BIG LIE" about Social Security Deficits and this Nation of Sheep will say "Duh-we gotta do sumthin, ya'll." How soon do they forget about the WMD prevarication!?The same big lie is being presented to us in a brand new bottle.
Perhaps, Mr. Bush will slip up and reveal his plans to attack Iran this summer. After all since the Shah was deposed, the protectors of democracy have been dying (literally) to get their claws back into the cradle of civilization. All of you draft age boyz and girlz out there had better get friends in Canada or start "Telling"because it is going to get awfully "drafty" in the fall. Let's face it, Mr. Bush does not have enough troops to fight for freedom in Iraq, so when he opens up another front, those new body bags will have to come from a town near you.
So, as we wait in anxious anticipation for tonight's address (count the number of times "freedom" and "liberty" are weaseled in) it should warm the very cockles of our collective hearts to know that Mr. Bush has our best interests at heart and that our president would NEVER, EVER lie to us.
P.S. In these here parts it was so sunny that even a groundhog as blind to reason and reality as Mr.Bush would have had to have seen his shadow--so we are in for six more weeks of winter--as if things weren't bad enough.
