All the news that gives you fits.--What's this we hear about the man with two names who has press presidential credentials yet works for no press but has a gay porno site??? Jeff Gannon AKA James Guckert was recently seen at a Bushian press conference lobbing softball questions to Mr. Bush about "those democrats with no concept of reality." Strangely enough Mr. Gannon/Guckert has no AP/UPI creds, nor is he affiliated with any other news agency except for some Carl Rove type website which regurgitates the official GOP line. The question that begs to be asked is how did Mr. Gannon/Guckert obtain these coveted and very difficult to obtain press credentials to be able to be called upon by Mr. Bush himself so that Mr. Bush could answer Mr. Gannon's/Guckert's guided softball question to make Mr. Bush look smart and astute (a task seemingly impossible in itself)? Notwithstanding a closer inspection of Mr. Guckert's/Gannon's website which clearly shows photos of Mr. Guckert/Gannon au naturel with the caption "eights inches and cut" as proof of Mr. Guckert's/Gannon's credibility. Is Mr. Bush coming out of the closet by currying favor with this professed follower of Mr. Oscar Wilde's "sin that cannot be named?" At the very least this action leaks of mendacity and obscuration in obtaining bona fide credentials for a persona non grata. Let the hubris begin. If Mr. Clinton can be impeached for a deception concerning a sexual indiscretion, one can only hope that bigger things are yet to follow. Happy President's Day.
